A BILL to amend article two, chapter twenty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
by adding thereto a new section, designated section fifty-a,
relating to licensing wildlife damage control agents; and
the promulgation of rules for said license.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter twenty of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section
fifty-a, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. WILDLIFE RESOURCES.
§20-2-50a. Wildlife damage control agents; licensing.
The director may issue a license to a person to act as a
wildlife damage control agent. The director shall promulgate
rules and impose fees, pursuant to chapter twenty-nine-a of this
code, governing the issuance and use of said license.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to establish and license
wildlife damage control agents.
